At Papinelle Sleepwear, we want you to love your new silk and cotton favorites. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return full-priced items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, knickers and final sale items cannot be returned.

• 2.
  Submit Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and choose your preferred resolution.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Carefully package your items and attach the provided shipping label. Drop your parcel off at any authorized postal location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
